2011“Press Play!” Marching Season

To All Band Students and Parents

At the Winter Concert on Thursday, December 8th, you will have the opportunity to purchase a set of DVDs featuring about 3,800 photos from the 2011 Marching Season.

A special thank you goes to Mark and Tracie Meredith and their team of photographers who took thousands of pictures during the marching season. The photographs were taken with a variety of DSLR cameras and the quality of these photos is excellent. Also on the photography team were Vicky and Kelly Waters, Veronica Dawson, Toni and Tim Worlitz, Rosemary Haywood, and Julie Cherry.   Thanks also to the students and parents who answered the call to “Share Your Photos”.   The result of this collaboration is a really fun collection of photos and a wonderful keepsake of this season

Also for sale will be a video DVD with highlights from the marching season put together by Franklin Poole.   Franklin is a documentary producer, the head of Pacific/Gulf Coast Productions, and fortunately also one of our own band parents.  You may have already seen some of his videos on the indianband.org website.  Franklin also helped with producing the photo DVDs.  Break out the popcorn and look forward to reliving memories of marching season with your family.

You can purchase and receive these items at the Winter Concert.  The photo DVDs will be $25 and the video DVD will be $30. All profits will go to the KHS Band Boosters.  These DVDs will make great Christmas Presents!

If you are unable to attend the Winter Concert, you can order the DVD's two ways:
