The Keller High School Band Boosters is a tax-exempt, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Donations (cash or property) are tax deductible expenses. These donations can reduce your taxable income and lower your tax bill. Not everyone will be able to deduct their charitable contributions, however. You will need to itemize your tax deductions in order to claim any charity.
"You may deduct charitable contributions of money or property made to qualified organizations if you itemize your deductions." (IRS Publication 78)
WAYS TO DONATE
There are four ways to give your donation to the Keller High School Band Boosters:
1. Online giving feature of our website. Here are some important notes before proceeding:
- KHS Band Boosters does not encourage or support borrowing to give. However, we do recognize that many use credit cards or debit cards for the ease and security of transactions. We offer this option with that intent.
- The DONATE button below will direct you to the website that accepts both debit and credit card transactions. You can process a one-time donation donation.
- If you want to specify the use of your donation (e.g., scholarships), please complete the DESCRIPTION field of the credit/debit card form.
2. Give your check to a KHS Band Booster Member or mail it to the KHS Band Boosters. Please make out the check to KHS Band Boosters.
